Thanks for your effort. You seem to be a really helpful resource but at the same time you should keep in mind that your delivery should be precise and to the point (you need to omit the unnecessary part). I think you can better learn it during your appraisal when you will be provided with the precise and only needed increment and not a decimal point more than that. JJ
